Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.06.2011: Peter Moser

The first wine from this new luxury winery. 100% Tempranillo from 30 selected parcels; average vine age: 50 years. Dark ruby with violet. Very smoky, raisined, ripe dark blackberry, cassis and cherry aromas, deep and also with freshness. Concentrated and powerful on the palate, juicy fullness with subtle sweetness and a tart cocoa note, mineral undertones. Firm, even austere tannins. Restrained length.
