Tasting from 24.05.2017: Peter Moser

Radiant dark ruby, purple reflections, slightly watery edge. Aromas of pepper, black cherry, more intense fine oak notes, cedar, and an earthy touch. Powerful on the palate, substantial, firm, supporting tannins, peppery spice, persistent, pleasant freshness. It still needs some bottle ageing to be fully rounded out.
