Tasting from 17.10.2019: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Great savouriness on the nose, lots of ripe dark fruit, some clove and cinnamon from the wood, light dill, medium length.

More about the tasting

Red fruit and light vegetal notes on the nose with paprika and rind. Also plum and fine roasted notes. Full-bodied on the palate, with noticeable tannins and a warming structure.

More about the tasting

100 % Tempranillo. Deep ruby. Clear, open, quite complex bouquet, preserved plums, ripe peach. Enormously intense and fleshy on the palate, full-bodied and concentrated, framed by tart, firm but also somewhat dry tannins. Long, again very juicy finish. A baby with great development potential.
