Tasting from 16.04.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby garnet, firm color core, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening. Delicate black berry fruit with tobacco and herbal spices, ripe plums, subtle slate nuances, subtle roasted aromas in the background. Juicy, ripe cassis fruit, delicate hint of licorice, present tannins, some caramel and mocha, blueberry confit on the finish, fresh structure, dark chocolate touch on the finish, good further aging potential, wood spice in the aftertaste.
