Ripe berries paired with savouriness on the nose, juniper, sloe, Amarena cherry, smoke, smoked bacon, pepper. On the palate, with a lot of power, the alcohol is well integrated in the juicy fruit and fine savouriness, subtle acidity and the dense tannin structure, a rich and round cuvée for cold days and a good pairing with braised meat.
