Tasting from 14.09.2022: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

A mature bouquet that is more on the spicy-balsamic side. Notes of chocolate cream, liquorice, dried dark berries and dried plums as well as some caramel. Ripe acidity on the palate, aromas of wild berry confit and nutty-spicy notes. Fine-grained tannins, long finish.
