The white wine Honoro Vera, vintage 2021 from the winery Bodegas Shaya has been rated in 2022 by Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Verdejo from the region Rueda in Spain.
Intense bouquet with notes of citrus, peach, mango and white flowers. Also subtle savoury notes. Lovely acidity on the palate, lots of yellow fruit and aromas of grass as well as a subtle spiciness. Long finish.
