Tasting from 17.02.2016: Ulrich Sautter, Rainer Schäfer, Thomas Schwitalla

Somewhat artificial cherry, dried apricot, pineapple. Silky and juicy on the palate, very mild, seems very made, rather tight acidity support, little length and bite, very accessible to pleasing. Ultimately simple.
