Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.04.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Sour cherry, blueberry, aromatically little wood influence. However, the palate structure is rounded, full, soft tannin, unfortunately very alcoholic.

More about the tasting

Cherry, buttery, some macchia, almost sweetish on the attack, noticeable alcohol, rather broad in character, grainy tannins, full in fruit, carefree in style, not radiant.

More about the tasting

Dried plum, present wood, herbs, on the palate with an extract-sweet but not kitschy attack, noble tannin, fine nerve, lots of tension and density, perfectly integrated wood, complete wine, very mineral. Still young, yet already accessible.
