Tasting Notes
On the nose notes of pastry with savoury hints, in addition to coconut and vanilla. The palate is extraordinarily elegant and slender, with nicely balanced flavours, moving between minerality and fruit.
More about the tastingPlummy, ripe fruit on the nose, with beautifully integrated oak and roasted flavours and a hint of iodine. Pleasantly broad on the palate with notes of undergrowth and a pleasant freshness on the finish.
