One month maceration, 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented with Tempranillo give structure and depth. Dense purple with ruby reflections. Very fresh fruit on the nose, with hints of bell pepper, violets and peony. Long and dense palate. Ageing in French barriques for 15 months gave a silky touch to the tannins.
