Dense and concentrated aroma, ripe wild berries, dark plums, figs, herbs de garrique, dark chocolate, tobacco, graphite. Full-bodied on the palate with a soft, supple base, fine-grained, grippy tannin provides structure, tight acidity, fruit and spice bundle power, concentrated, perfect companion to cassoulet.
