Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a flint core. On the nose there are notes of dried fruit, raisin, plus dried rose petal and milk chocolate, reverberating with oak. On the palate it is very juicy and very clear, supported by the use of oak, red-fruited course, pithy.
