Intense, bright straw yellow with light golden reflections. On the nose, notes of clay and very ripe peach and apricot, followed by a touch of white pepper and a very delicate saffron note. Delicately textured on the palate, it's initially well-balanced and juicy but then unfortunately a little bitter on the finish.
