Brilliant, rich ruby with a fine garnet shimmer. Opens with rich notes of blackcurrant and plums, and a touch of lily blossom. Full-bodied and dense onset and progression, exhibiting grippy, dense tannins and lovely suppleness. Finishes with a hint of bitter chocolate.
