The red wine Barolo DOCG Boiolo, vintage 2017 from the winery Bosco Pierangelo has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Radiant ruby core with delicately brightening on the rim. Finely fragrant nose of melted butter, raspberries, underpinned by hints of rosemary and savoury notes. The palate is pithy, with clear fruit and plenty of juice, then, unfortunately, dries considerably on the finish. Will need time.
