Delicate pastel colour. Grape sugar and sweet cherry on the nose, but also herbal and spicy aromas. Liquorice. Compact on the palate, disciplined in alcohol, taut, freshly carbonated, but also well endowed with substance, well-integrated acidity, finishes with medium length and intensity.
