Sauvignon Blanc, which is on the vegetal side because its aroma is reminiscent of tomato green, pearl onions and sorrel. Its taste easily keeps up with this, adding a few juicy yellow fruits and a vital acidity. A fresh and uncomplicated result: Easy drinking.
