The red wine Burato Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Burato Wines has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella , Croatina from the region Veneto in Italy.
Elegant, bright ruby red. On the nose, notes of raspberries and fresh cherries, hints of sealing wax and oak. Hearty on the palate, with pronounced, juicy fruit, a noble savouriness and measured use of wood, very juicy. Currently still young and has good potential to mature further.
