Dried hayflower and yarrow are heady on the nose which shimmers with ripe cherry. The palate is juicy but moves within the finest web of tannin, reminiscent of walnut skins. There is a lovely resonance that will only increase with age, as will that lovely edge of savouriness. Beautiful, translucent and very spicy.
