Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, sparkling silver grey with delicate mousse. Fragrant nose, with fine hints of yellow flowers, crunchy apple and pear, fine spice as well as some mint on the finish. Balanced and coherent on the palate, mousse and sweetness are in beautiful interplay, clear with minimal phenolics on the finish.
