Tasting from 24.09.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear green yellow with golden yellow reflections. Ripe yellow apple, pear and chamomile blossom on the nose, slightly savoury on the palate. Pleasant notion on the palate, finely woven acidity, clear, of medium intensity, ripe pome fruit notes, glides juicily through the mouth, shows drinking flow and finishes on Williams pears.
