Intense straw yellow with green hues and a fine mousse. Intense fruity notes on the nose, yellow apple as well as a hint of pineapple, with some fresh brioche notes. On the palate, elegant and lively, with a mouth watering, vibrant acidity, a well integrated mousse, salty, with a medium-long finish.
