Dark bright ruby red, black, with a subtle brick red rim. On the nose much pepper spice with hints of mint, also slightly bloody tones, liver, ivy. On the palate a savoury notion, shows a lot of peppery-vegetal tones, some juiciness, in the finish unfortunately a lot of harsh tannin.
