Clear straw yellow with green reflections and a fine-grained, persistent mousse. On the nose, notes of pear yogurt, then hints of banana and orange drops. Intense initially on the palate, with superficial, lush fruit, then well-integrated mousse and fine acidity, with an emphatically juicy finish.
