Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Smells of dried meat, freshly cut tartare, but also a hint of spicy wood, sour cherry, juicy and elegant on the palate, very discreet tannins, light green tones are hardly noticeable, a pleasant drinking wine, albeit not very complex or deep. Medium, fine fruity length.
