Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, pale straw yellow. Opens on the nose with inviting notes of cream, white bread, delicate vanilla, reminiscent of banana and Golden Delicious apple on the finish, with a fine nougat aftertaste. Juicy, crisp and straightforward on the palate, opens medium-bodied, has a fine, delicately bitter undertone that stimulates the drinking flow, remains clean.
