Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright, brilliant ruby red with a shimmering core. Fragrant nose of blood oranges, raspberries, some mint, then wild berryish candy, fine spice. On the palate savoury and spicy with a warming touch, grippy salty tannin, polished fruit, subtle notes of tea, finishing on earthy tones.
