The red wine Stupore Bolgheri Rosso DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Campo alle Comete has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Elegant, dark flint, ruby red. Intense nose of juicy mulberries, plums, plus a touch of tar and hints of mushrooms. In the flow rich, with lots of ripe fruit, firm tannin, slightly bitter in the finish.
