Pale pink with persistent mousse. Fragrant roasted hazelnuts, iodine, but also citrus fruit and grapefruit, rose hips. Inviting bouquet. Balanced and clear on the palate, with compact fruit, and a sustained mousse in the background. Coherent and delightfully drinkable.
