Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

Dark ruby with a rich purple tinge. Initially grape on the nose, then ripe plum and forest fruits, with hints of blackberry cordial in the finish. Balanced and clear on the palate, medium-bodied, well-integrated mousse, with a delicate fruity sweetness on the finish.
