The red wine Chianti, vintage 2023 from the winery Cantina Castelsina Società Agricola has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points.
Intensely herbal and savoury on the nose, with the typical, slightly patinated cherry fruit of Chianti. The palate develops a firm but not harsh tannin structure as well as a beautiful juiciness in the background. It flanks the elegant structure with mineral components. A good expression of the regional type.
