Bright, dark ruby red. On the nose there are delicate notes of leather, ripe cranberry, cardamom and forest floor, after a little time blackberry. Shows fine sweetness on the palate, embedded in grippy, juicy tannins, comes back on delicately salty notes on the finish.
More about the tastingBright ruby with a slight garnet sheen. Opens with pronounced savoury notes of ivy leaf and cardamom, with hints of cassis behind. Velvety on the attack and course; opens with hearty, grippy tannins and has good drive on the finish.
