Bright, brilliant straw yellow colour. Fine, even and persistent mousse. Fresh and lively nose with notes of apple, lime, pear and white melon. Rich, sweet and broad on the palate. Good acidity lends freshness and a mineral structure accompanies the entire drinking flow.
