Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Intense, bright shimmering cherry pink hues. On the nose scents of strawberries, beetroot as well as a slight earthy touch with undertones of ripe sour cherries. On the palate a slight sweetish texture which finely coats the tongue. Balanced and coherent.
