The sweet and dessert wine Tesauro Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOC, vintage 2002 from the winery Cantina Valpantena has been rated in 2006 with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Rich, dark ruby purple; shows lush, sweet fruit on the nose, of cinnamon bark and pickled cherries, lots of blackberry, clear; opens on the palate with lots of sweet and concentrated fruit, intense of ripe figs, very well integrated tannin, absorbs the sweetness well.
