Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Intense straw yellow with golden reflections and fine-grained mousse. Initially closed on the nose, reminiscent of apricot, then chlorine and sea spray. Little fruit on the palate, foamy mousse, appears unbalanced, breaks off quickly and remains overpowering.
