Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, deep ruby with a slightly lighter rim. It has a very intense nose with lots of dark berry fruit, blueberry and subtle resin notes. It feels quite coarse on the palate, with fresh acidity, rather brittle tannins and a dry finish.
