Tasting from 14.03.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby with a slightly brightening rim. Very clear, inviting nose, opens with fine savoury components of resin, bay leaf and basil, then blueberry and dark cherry. Finely woven tannins on the palate, lingering, juicy fruit, pithy finish.
