Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant pale orange with persistent mousse. On the nose first bready notes, then orange peel, light iodine, also quinine, followed by poached pear. Balanced on the palate with some bitter fruit, seems a little bit overripe, nevertheless, shows freshness, seems a little bit lactic in parts, dry finish.
