Tasting from 01.01.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, bright ruby red. Nose of milk chocolate, malt, oat flakes, then sour cherry cordial and delicate leather savouriness. Presence on the palate, with grippy tannins and slight toughness with a clear aftertaste. Appears somewhat unbalanced.
