Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Opens on the nose with balsamic notes, scents of thyme and oregano, then fine cherry and blackberry notes. Very juicy on the palate, fills the mouth well, very good combination of fresh, present fruit and well-integrated tannins, hearty and authentic.
