Bright, sparkling silver-grey with a persistent mousse. Aromas of crunchy green apple, fresh citrus fruit and white blossom on the nose. Juicy, clear and crisp on the palate, with a gentle and soft mousse, slightly phenolic, ending with crisp green notes.
