The white wine Singerstone Sauvignon Blanc, vintage 2021 from the winery Carmen has been rated in 2022 by Anne Krebiehl MW with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Casablanca Valley in Chile.
A beautiful nose immediately recalls the ocean with notes of fresh samphire, lime and fern. The palate adds riper lemon, almost meyer lemon to soften the focus and to add real flow. The palate is subtle and wonderfully fresh with a tangy, saline finish.
