Tasting Notes
Bright, rich ruby red. Animal and peppery savouriness on the nose, savoury, very woody and ripe. On the palate, it shows grippy and with loosely knit tannins, a clear animalistic tone, the year of bottle ageing has helped, but it still needs more patience.
