Deep dark cherry red with a black core. Rich bouquet of dried plums, rum confit and very ripe figs, plus clarified butter and fine nougat. Broadly spread, powerful in body, clearly noticeable use of wood, finely textured, draws itself emphatically into the finish, well done.
