The red wine Foho Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Casa al Vento has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intensely bright ruby red with a slightly brightening rim. Fruity and open nose of juicy plums, young Amarena cherries and the finest violets. Very juicy and salty on the palate with tightly woven tannins, certain elegance, taut, somewhat harsh on the finish.
