Tasting Notes
Sparklingly clear and vibrant ruby in colour. Opens on the nose with subtle savoury notes, a little anchovy, plus rose petal and lots of dark cherry. Very clean and precise, with juicy cherry and elderberry and lots of finely meshed, grippy tannins. The wine is salty, long on the finish and refined.
