Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Blueberry compote and lead pencil, lots of juice on the attack, controlled alcohol with well-integrated acidity, crumbly tannins with slight remnants of greenness. Strong tactile mineral notes (iron-mineral), yet soft and supple in the background, compact structure with good potential for spicy development. Subtle wood.
