Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffeler

Bright greenish yellow hues. On the nose a delicately yeasty-reductive touch then with a little bit of time a slight citrus and grapefruit note emerge. On the palate a surprisingly sweet fruity substance, juicy, defined finish however, a little short.
